Description
Mohegan Sun Ballroom and Meeting Room Pre-Function Areas Renovations and Upgrades included the design upgrades & renovations to the existing spaces to make it look more modern. The entire Meeting Spaces footprint spans over +/- 275,000 sf of space that consists of the Uncas Ballroom (38,000 sf) and thirty (30) flexible meeting rooms. The Pre-Function space is +/- 14,000 sf. A total of +/- 5,300 people can be accommodated.
The project included:
- Replacement and upgrades of floor and wall
- New ceiling finishes
- New decorative lighting fixtures
- Accent wall washing lightingand other lighting elements
- New acoustical treatment
- Artwork Recommendations
- New custom furniture for guest seating that included:
- Club chairs, love seats, occasional tables, coffee and console side tables
