Richard Yust | Senior Project Manager
Richard has over 20 years of Architectural experience and for the past 10 years he has worked developing his career with R2Architects. Richard has earned the distinction of Senior Project Manager at this office leading some of the firm’s most exciting and notable projects spanning numerous market sectors that include Hotel Casino Resort, Healthcare, High Education, and Corporate Workplace Environments. His professional demeanor is calm, controlled, and confident; he is a pleasure to work with regardless of any project’s pressure or demands.
Rich has been responsible for the Churchill Downs, Inc. High-Tech Corporate Headquarters Expansion in Louisville Kentucky, Oxford Casino Hotel Tower Expansion in Oxford Maine, and many research and development projects at Rutgers University and Rowan University, as well as acute care and outpatient care facilities for Cooper University Healthcare, and Virtua Health System. He is charge of administering over $50M worth of construction annually.
Rich is a South Jersey native resident and holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Architecture degree from Catholic University and a Bachelors of Architecture degree from Drexel University.
