David J. Rudzenski, AIA | Principal
David J. Rudzenski, AIA is an Architect, Planner and Certified Interior Designer. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and holds an NCARB Certificate. Notable achievements include his role as Project Architect for the construction of the Showboat Hotel Casino, The Atrium Tower Expansion of Harrah’s Marina and The Spa at Bally’s, All in Atlantic City, NJ. More recently, he was the Principal on the following projects:
- Caesars Atlantic City Multi-Million Dollar Casino/Lobby Renovation
- Spiegelworld
- Nobu and Nobu Hotel
He is also the architect of record for gaming projects for Caesars Atlantic City, Bally’s Atlantic City, Harrah’s (NJ & PA) and The Borgata Casino Hotel.
Mr. Rudzenski is the founding partner of R2Architects and as Principal-in-Charge of Quality Control, he oversees projects that the firm undertakes. He has thirty years’ experience navigating projects through various regulatory agencies at the state and local level. Mr. Rudzenski takes a proactive role guiding the firm’s various projects through the regulatory review process.
